Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents who has provided the written instructions under the signatures of Consolidation Officer, Colonelganj, Gonda and S.O.C., Gonda dated 13.3.2024 for perusal to the Court, which is taken on record.
It has been specifically informed that in the earlier petition bearing Writ-B No. 1096 of 2023, the Court vide order dated 11.12.2023 mentioned the plot no. 6775. However, upon an application moved in the said petition bearing I.A. No. 3 of 2024, the order dated 11.12.2023 was corrected by the Court and instead of 6775, the correct plot no. '8775' was to be recorded and accordingly, it was corrected.
It is in the aforesaid backdrop that the work on plot no. 8775 ङ was stopped. However, after examining the entire issue and making a spot inspection on 13.3.2024 in presence of Hansraj Yadav i.e., the petitioner no. 3 herein, it was found that the petitioners had permission insofar as plot no. 8775 ङ is concerned and it is further stated in the written instructions that the order by which the work was stopped on 21.12.2023, has been revoked. The petitioners have been raising their constructions in light of the written instructions which has been provided to the Court. Hence, no further orders are required in this petition.
Accordingly, in terms thereof, the instant petition is disposed of.
