The petitioner has preferred present writ petition inter-alia with the following prayers :-

"I. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the Respondent no. 3/ Basic Shiksha Adhikari, District Budaun to decide the representation dated 27.10.2022 of the Petitioner regarding appointment in dying in harness within stipulated time as specified by this Hon'ble Court."

Pursuant to the order passed by this Court instructions dated 06.09.2024 under the signature of District Basic Education Officer, Budaun was placed before this Court, same is taken on record.

It is stated in the aforesaid instructions that though petitioner has preferred present writ petition seeking her appointment on compassionate ground but no such application/online application on the prescribed format as per Government Policy has been submitted. The relevant paragraphs of the aforesaid instructions reads as follows :-

" ययाचची शचीमतची फरयाह नयाज , नन००ः ममो० पठयान टमोलया , कस्बया व थयानया०ः उझयानची जनपद०ः बदयाय य दयारया उक्त उनल्लिखखित प्रनक्रियया कके अन्तररत ननरया र रत व्यवस्थयाननुसयार वयावांनछित अनभिलकेखिख ( सरकयारची सकेवक कया ममृत्यनु प्रमयाण पत , वयाररसयान प्रमयाण - पत , ननयुक्त हकेतनु आवकेदक अभ्यथर्थी कके न शशैक्षक / प्रनशक्षण अनभिलकेखि आनद ) कके सयाथ आवकेदन / ऑनलयाइन आवकेदन नहहीं नकयया रयया हशै , मयात अपनया एक प्रयाथरनया पत नदनयावांक०ः 27.10.2022 कके अरयार पर अपनची ममृतक आखशत ननयुक्त हकेतनु मयावांर ककी जया रहची हशै न , यनद ययाचची दयारया ननरया र रत प्रनक्रियया कके अन्तररत वयावांनछित अनभिलकेखिख / सयाक्ष्यख कके सयाथ आवकेदन नकयया जयातया हशै , तमो ननयमयाननुसयार अगकेत्तर कयायरवयाहची ककी जयायकेरची।

After going through the aforesaid instructions a prayer has been

made by counsel for the petitioner to dispose of present writ petition permitting the petitioner to file online application as per law.

In this view of the matter, present writ petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to file online application as prescribed in law. If such an application is filed within three weeks from today, the concerned competent authority is directed to pass necessary orders on the said online application after hearing all the parties strictly in accordance with law within three moths, thereafter.
