" (a) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing and calling the records of the case of the impugned notice dated 22.06.2024 issued by the District Basic Education Officer, Hathras whereby, petitioner has been directed to be relieved from her respective Composite School Edalpur, Block Sadabad, District Hathras as a result of Mutual Inter District Transfer.
(b) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents not to compel the petitioner to be relieved from her respective Composite School Edalpur, Block Sadabad, District Hathras in terms of the transfer order dated 19.06.2024 issued by the Secretary, U.P. Basic Education Board, Prayagraj.
(c) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents to keep the petitioner posted as an Assistant Teacher in her respective Composite School Edalpur, Block Sadabad, District Hathras without causing any interference in her working as an Assistant Teacher in the aforementioned composite school."
