- Pursuant to the order passed by this Court, a letter dated 05.08.2024 written by the Deputy Secretary, U.P. Govt., Lucknow placed before this Court, same is taken on record.
2. Following order was passed by this Court on 31.05.2024 :-
"Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier, the petitioner approached this Court by way of filing Writ A No. 3546/2023, which was disposed of vide order dated 24.02.2023 granting liberty to the petitioners to approach the State Government. Pursuant to the said order, the petitioner as well as the Committee of Management submitted a representation on 03.03.2023 and the matter was sent on 27.07.2023 (Annexure Nos. 1, 2 & 3), but no decision has yet been taken thereon.
Learned ACSC is directed to seek instruction in the matter from the respondent no. 1.
List as fresh on 09.07.2024."
