Hon'ble Abdul Moin,J.
Learned Standing counsel, on the basis of instructions sent by the District Development Officer, District Ambedkar Nagar dated 26.09.2024, states that after passing of the punishment order dated 13.04.2023, the petitioner had given an undertaking dated 06.05.2023 wherein she undertook to pay any amount of recovery which is sought be recovered from the petitioner within two months. He states that the said undertaking has not been brought on record.
Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for and is granted two weeks' time to verify the aforesaid fact.
List thereafter as fresh.
