Learned counsel for petitioner submits that despite petitioner having been substantively appointed in the college on the post of Assistant Teacher, salary and other allowances due to petitioner have not been paid w.e.f. 01.10.2021 since the opposite parties no. 6 & 7 are treating petitioner to be absconding whereas petitioner is entitled for medical and other leave which is not being sanctioned. It is submitted that since petitioner is still continuing in service, he is entitled for the aforesaid salary and other allowances.
List this case on 17.10.2024, as fresh alongwith service report.
