Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondents no.1 and 2, Sri Ran Vijay Singh, learned counsel appearing for respondents no.3 and 5, and Sri Pradeep Tiwari, learned counsel appearing for respondent no.4.
There is consensus at the bar that the matter in issue is squarely covered by the judgment of this Court passed in Writ-A No.6551 of 2024 in re: Rashmi Dixit @ Rashmi Pandey and another vs. State of U.P. and others , decided today i.e. 17.10.2024.
Accordingly taking into consideration the aforesaid consensus, the present petition is disposed of in light of the aforesaid judgment passed in the case of Rashmi Dixit @ Rashmi Pandey (supra) .
It is provided that the petitioners of the instant petition would also be entitled for the benefit of the judgment of Rashmi Dixit @ Rashmi Pandey (supra) .
