1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.

2.The present writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed by the petitioner inter-alia with the prayer to direct the respondent no.2-District Basic Education Officer, Mathura, U.P. to conclude the departmental proceeding initiated against Rohit Kumar (respondent no.4) in pursuance of the order dated 11.05.2023 passed by the respondent no.3-Divisional Assistant Education Director (Basic), Mathura, Uttar Pradesh and further direct the respondent no.2 to decide the application dated 30.10.2023 moved by the petitioner within stipulated time.

1. Pursuant to the order dated 24.07.2024 passed by this Court, affidavit of compliance has been filed on behalf of the respondent no.2 by Sri Udit Chandra Advocate, copy of which is taken on record.

1. After going through the aforesaid affidavit, prayer has been made by the learned counsel for the petitioner to dismiss the writ petition as not pressed.
