Heard learned counsel for petitioner, learned State Counsel appearing on behalf of opposite parties no.1, 2 and 3, Mr. Prashast Puri, learned counsel appearing for opposite party no.4 whose power filed today in Court is taken on record, Mr. R. K. Chaudhary, learned counsel for opposite party no.5 and Mr. Neeraj Chaurasiya, learned counsel for opposite party no.6.

Petition has been filed seeking a direction to opposite parties to consider and decide petitioner's representation for absorption/transfer from the opposite party no.6 i.e. Secretary/ General Manager, District Cooperative Bank Ltd. New Civil Lines, Hardoi, Opposite party no.5 i.e. Secretary/ Chief Executive Officer, District Cooperative Bank Ltd., Lucknow.

In furtherance of letter dated 07.02.2019, learned counsel for opposite parties submit that the representation has been preferred to wrong authority since it was required to be preferred to opposite party no.4 i.e. Secretary, U.P. Cooperative Institutional Service Board, Lucknow which can pass such orders only in case both the Cooperative Societies give their consent.

Since consideration of petitioner's grievance would entail factual aspects, liberty is granted to petitioner to file a fresh representation before concerned authority who shall take final decision thereupon within a period of six weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before said authority.

With the aforesaid observation, petition stands disposed of .
