Learned Standing Counsel has raised a preliminary objection regarding maintainability of the present petition as it is a second writ petition for the same cause as earlier also the petitioner has approached this Court by filing Writ Petition No. 18326 (S/S) of 2020 which was finally decided by this Court by its judgment and order dated 05.01.2021.
At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of writ petition with liberty to avail the remedy as permissible under the law.
As prayed, writ petition is dismissed as not pressed with liberty, as prayed for.
