Heard learned counsel for petitioners and learned State Counsel appearing on behalf of opposite parties no.1, 2 and 3.

In view of order being proposed to be passed, notice to opposite party no.4 stands dispensed with.

Petition has been filed seeking a direction to opposite parties for payment of arrears of honorarium to petitioners for the Academic year 2011-2012, 2012-2013, 2013-2014 and 20142015 for the post of 'Athithi Vishay Visheshagay' under Vocational Education in view of order dated 19.09.2023 passed by District Inspector of Schools, Ambedkar Nagar.

It has been submitted that despite directions issued by the District Inspector of Schools time and again with the latest one being on 19.01.2023, opposite party no.4 who is Principal of Institution concerned is not making payment of such arrears of honorary.

In view of aforesaid fact, since consideration of petitioners' grievance would entail factual aspects, liberty is granted to them to file fresh individual representation before opposite party no.3 and 4 i.e. District Inspector of Schools, Ambedkar Nagar & Principal, Dr. Ganesh Krishna Jetli Inter College, Akabarpur, Ambedkar Nagar who shall consider and decide the same within a period of six weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before said authority.

With the aforesaid observation, petition stands disposed of .
