After arguing at some length, learned Counsel for the petitioner contends that due to some inadvertent mistake certain facts have wrongly been mentioned and wrong order has been challenged in the present writ petition, therefore, the present writ petition may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file afresh.
In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed with the aforesaid liberty.
