On 04.12.2024 the following order was passed:
"Put up this matter in the list of fresh cases on 06.12.2024 at 10:00 O'Clock to enable the counsel for the petitioner to file an amendment application."
Today when the matter is taken up, Shri Shashi Prakash Singh, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel on behalf of BSA has not been able to argue the matter and he is not able to explain the contents of the order passed by the BSA.
BSA, Meerut shall appear in person on the next date of listing.
