Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and Mr. Ashwani Singh, Advocate who has filed power of attorney on behalf of the informant, which is taken on record.
Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the matter has been amicably settled between the applicant No. 1 namely Aman Dwivedi as he has performed marriage with the victim and they are living as husband and wife for the last four years.
Learned counsel for the informant has not disputed the factual position.
List this matter again on 20 February 2025.
In the meantime, the parties will appear before the trial court on 17 December, 2024 or any other date as may be fixed by the trial court for recording fresh statements in support of the compromise.
