The petitioner is a Safai Karmchari , a Class IV employee, in the employ of the Nagar Nigam, Kanpur Nagar. The grievance of the petitioner is that he has not been paid his Assured Career Progression till date.
Let the Nagar Ayukta, Nagar Nigam, Kanpur Nagar show cause by his own affidavit within a week why the petitioner's A.C.P. has not been sanctioned and released so far.
