Heard learned counsel for petitioner, learned State Counsel appearing on behalf of opposite party No.1, Mr. Shanker Lal learned counsel for opposite parties 2 and 3 and Mr. Sharad Tewari learned counsel for opposite party No.4.

Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the competent authority for payment of balance gratuity and leave encashment along with interest. Further prayer has been made for providing exemption certificate on contribution of gratuity and leave encashment for a period of deputation commencing from 18th September, 2015 till 23rd March, 2018.

Since consideration of petitioner's grievances would entail factual aspects, liberty is granted to petitioner to move a fresh representation before opposite parties 3 and 4 i.e. Manager/InCharge, (Administration/Retiral Dues) Pradeshik Co-opearative Dairy Federation Limited, Lucknow and Finance Controller & Deputy Executive Officer, Uttar Pradesh Expressways Industrial Development Authority, Lucknow respectively . In case such a representation is filed, the same shall be decided within period of six weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the said authority. In case petitioner is found entitled for the aforesaid reliefs, actual payment thereof shall be ensured within a period of six weeks thereafter. Petitioner's grievance regarding payment of interest on the delayed payment may also be considered.

With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition stands disposed of.
