- The present writ petition has been preferred for quashing of the impugned suspension order dated 18.08.2023.

- Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has been placed under suspension by passing the impugned order dated 18.08.2023 whereas the show cause notice was issued against the petitioner on 12.09.2023 which has already been replied by the petitioner but no decision has been taken on the same.

- It is further submitted that till date neither any chargesheet has been served nor any oral inquiry has been made by the Inquiry Officer.

- On the other hand, learned counsel for the State on the basis of instructions received from District Development Officer, Hardoi has submitted a chargesheet dated 30.10.2023 was served upon the petitioner against which the petitioner has already submitted its reply on 04.11.2023 and these facts have not been disclosed by the petitioner in the present writ petition.
