Learned Standing Counsel has raised a preliminary objection regarding maintainability of the present petition before this Court at Lucknow on the ground of territorial jurisdiction as the petitioner is a lecturer in the Government Degree College, Sukrauli Kushinagar and the order which is under challenge in the present petition is passed by the authority posted at Prayagraj.
At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the present petition may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file afresh petition before this Court at Allahabad.
