Along with the aforesaid Instructions, a decision dated 22.02.2024 taken by the respondent No.5 is also appended. 2.Learned Standing Counsel is directed to provide a copy of the decision dated 22.02.2024 taken by the respondent No.5 to the learned counsel for the petitioner.
- As prayed by learned counsel for the petitioner, two weeks time is granted to go through the aforesaid decision and file supplementary affidavit/amendment application, if so advice.
- Put up as fresh after two weeks.
