1 . Application for impleadment filed today in Court is taken on record.

2 . Learned counsels for the respondents state that they do not intend to file any objections to the aforesaid application.

3 . On due consideration the application is allowed.

4 . Let respondent No.6 as per details given in the said application be impleaded during the course of the day.

5 . Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, Sri Ravi Swaroop Tiwari, learned Standing counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents no.1 to 5, and Ms. Purnima Singh holding brief of Sri S.S. Rajawat, learned counsel appearing for respondent no.6.

6 . There is consensus at Bar that so far as interim relief in the matter is concerned, same is squarely covered by the order dated 25.07.2024 passed in Writ A No.5617 of 2024 In re Dr Om Prakash Srivastava & Or vs State of U.P. & 3 Ors .

7 . Considering the aforesaid consensus, the petitioners would also be entitled to be benefit of the order dated 25.07.2024 passed in Writ A No.5617 of 2024. It is provided that no further recovery shall be made from the petitioners till the next date of listing.

8 . The respondents may file a counter affidavit within a period of four weeks to which reply may be filed within next two weeks.

9 . List thereafter along with Writ A No.5617 of 2024.
