"(a) Issue a writ, order or direction including a writ in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondent no. 3 namely Regional Higher Education Officer, Agra to accord permission to fill up the vacant post of Lab Boy (Chemistry) in the institution in accordance with law.
(b) Issue a writ, order or direction including a writ in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondents to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 05.06.2022 and 21.06.2022 as well as 15.04.2024 only in respect of the Lab Boy (Chemistry) in the institution in accordance with law within stipulated period of time as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case."
