Hon'ble Alok Mathur,J.
Shri Pramendra Kumar Singh, learned counsel for petitioner has submitted that one video was widely circulated on 29.10.2024 showing that the petitioner is receiving some money and accordingly, on the same date, the impugned order has been passed placing the petitioner under suspension in contemplation of departmental proceedings. He has submitted that the respondents did not verify the veracity of the video which has went viral as to whether it is pertinent to the petitioner false and in case, the contents of the video had been verified.
Accordingly, learned Standing Counsel receive instructions with regard to the aforesaid facts from respondent no.2.
