1.The petitioners have preferred the present petition with the following prayers:-

(a) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 07.04.2022 passed by the Deputy Secretary Social Welfare Anubhag-IV State of U.P. (Annexure 17 to the writ petition).

(b) Issue a writ order or directions in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents not to give effect to the impugned order referred to above.

(c) Issue a writ order or directions in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents regularize the services of the petitioners as Assistant Teacher L.T grade in Ashram Paddhati Vidyalaya run by the State of U.P within the time specified by the Hon'ble Court.

Following order was passed on 19.07.2024:-

It is argued by Sri Seemant Singh, learned counsel for the petitioners that order impugned namely 07.04.2022, which is under challenged in the present writ petition has already been set aside by Coordinate Bench of this Court vide judgement and order dated 31.05.2024 passed in Writ A No.16435 of 2022 (Madhu Singh and 82 others Vs. State of U.P. and 2 others).

2. As prayed by learned Standing Counsel time till Monday, i.e., 22.07.2024 is granted to go through the aforesaid fact and informed whether the controversy involved in the present case is squarely covered or not.

3. Put up as fresh on 22.07.2024.

Today when the matter is taken up, it is informed by learned Standing Counsel that the controversy involved in the present petition is squarely covered with the judgement dated 31.05.2024 passed by this Court in the case of Madhu Singh and others Vs. State of U.P. and others, copy of the aforesaid judgment is appended as Annexure No.25 to the writ petition.

In this view of the matter, the present petition is also allowed in terms of the aforesaid judgement.
