Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the Standing counsel.

By means of the present writ petition the petitioner has prayed for a direction to the opposite parties to pay minimum of the pay scale to the petitioners as has been given to similarly situated person namely Pawan Kumar Singh vide order dated 16.1.2023 till their regularization on Group 'D' posts. The petitioners have further prayed for a direction to opposite party No.2 to consider and decide the application by providing the benefit of Government Order dated 22.2.2023 issued by Chief Conservator of Forest ad Head of Department in view of the law laid down by Honorable Supreme Court in the case of Sabha Shankar Dube Vs. Divisional Forest Officer and others , contained in Annexure No.7 to the writ petition.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has limited his prayer for direction to opposite party No.2 to consider and decide the representation as above, to which learned Standing counsel has not objection.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed of with a direction to opposite party No.2 i.e. Divisional Director of Forests, Social Forestry Division, Sitapur to consider and decide petitioners' representation dated 27.09.2024, as contained in Annexure No.7 to the writ petition by passing a reasoned and speaking order, in accordance with law and communicate the decision to the petitioners.
