Writ petition (WRIT - A No. 10170 of 2024, Lucknow Bench) by Kallu and 4 others, praying for payment of minimum of the pay scale as given to similarly situated Pawan Kumar Singh vide order dated 16.1.2023 till their regularization on Group 'D' posts, and for consideration of their representation dated 27.09.2024 in view of Government Order dated 22.2.2023 issued by the Chief Conservator of Forest and the law laid down in Sabha Shankar Dube v. Divisional Forest Officer and others (Supreme Court). Learned counsel for the petitioner limited the prayer to a direction to opposite party No.2 to consider and decide the representation, to which the learned Standing counsel raised no objection. Alok Mathur, J. disposed of the petition, directing the Divisional Director of Forests, Social Forestry Division, Sitapur to consider and decide the representation dated 27.09.2024 by passing a reasoned and speaking order, in accordance with law, and to communicate the decision to the petitioners.
