1. The petitioner has preferred the present writ petition inter-alia with the following prayer:-
"A) Issue an appropriate writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to correct the list of students on UDISE portal according to PRERNA portal in Composite School Tikhampur, Block Hanumanganj, District Ballia."
2 . It is argued that petitioner is working as an Assistant Teacher in Primary Section at Composite School Tikhampur, Block Hanumanganj, District Ballia. In this composite school there are total 159 students as registered on the PRERNA portal, in which 95 students in primary section and 64 students are registered in upper primary school in session 2023-24 till 31.03.2024. It is further stated that in this composite school there are 136 students as registered in which 86 students in primary section and 50 students in upper primary school are registered in the session 2023-24 till 31.03.2024.
3. Pursuant to the order passed by this Court, instructions dated 31.08.2024 under the signature of District Basic Education Officer, Ballia is placed before this Court, the same is taken on record.
4. It is stated in paragraph-6 of the aforesaid instruction that relief sought by the petitioner in the present writ petition is in respect of Session 2023-24. At present Academic Session 2024-25 is in existence and taking into consideration the students registered on the portal, the proceedings were initiated to adjust the teachers working for the State of U.P.

After going through the aforesaid instructions, when a query has been raised by the Court that under what circumstances, the petitioner should get the relief in respect of Academic Session 2023-24, when Academic Session 2024-25 is in existence. At this point of time, it is very fairly argued by Shri R.K. Singh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner that the present writ petition has now
become infructuous.
6 . In this view of the matter, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous .
