After some arguments Shri Arvind Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner, prays for withdrawal of the writ PIL in the wake of the instructions submitted by Shri Nand Lal Maurya, learned standing counsel, in which it has been averred that no encroachment has been found over the plot Nos. 370 and 367.
Accordingly the writ PIL is dismissed as withdrawn .
