Learned counsel for the parties stated before this Court that the matter may be sent to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court for settlement of matrimonial dispute between the parties.

It is also stated that the parties would appear before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court on the date fixed by this Court.

Considering the submissions advanced by the learned counsel for the parties including that dispute between the parties can be settled amicably by way of mediation, let the matter be placed before Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court on 23.08.2024.

List/put up this case before this Court on 12.09.2024 as fresh along with mediation report.

Till the next date of listing, the proceedings in issue against the applicant(s) in both the application(s) shall be kept in abeyance.
