Present application under Section 24 CPC has been filed seeking transfer of Original Suit No.674 of 2022 instituted by the opposite party under Section 13 of Hindu Marriage Act from District Raebareli to District Lucknow since applicant is residing at Lucknow and finding it difficult to attend the case at Raebareli.
In view of the aforesaid facts list this case on 22.01.2025 along with service report.
Objections may be filed in the meantime. Till the next date of listing proceedings of case no.674 of 2022 shall remain stayed.
