2 . The present application under Section 24 of C.P.C. has been preferred by the applicant for transfer of M.A.C.P. No.17/70/2021 (Nanku and another vs United India Insurance Company Limited and another) under Sections 163-A of M.V. Act from the Motor Accident Claim Tribunal, Bahraich to the equivalent court at District Balrampur.
3 . Considering the inconvenience faced by the applicant no.2 who is a lady and the MAC Tribunal having jurisdiction at Balrampur, the present application is allowed . The proceedings pending in the Court of Motor Accident Claim Tribunal, Bahriach are transferred to the equivalent court at District Balrampur.
