Present application has been filed by the applicant to quash the entire impugned criminal proceedings of Criminal Case No. 80 of 2021, arising out of Case Crime No. 521 of 2020 under Section 504 IPC as well as Charge Sheet No. 01 dated 02.10.2020 including the order dated 22.08.2024 whereby the application seeking discharge was rejected by the A.C.J.M., Court No. 30, Lucknow.

It is stated that on 17.09.2020 the applicant lodged an FIR, registered as FIR No. 0520 of 2020 under Section 4/3 D.P. Act & Section 506, 504, 498-A, 463, 356, 323 IPC, P.S.-Para, District-Lucknow West (Commissionerate Lucknow) implicating opposite party No.2/father-in-law(Sayed Wakeel Ahmad) as also the husband/Sayed Mohd. Afzal, mother-inlaw/Kahkashan Parveen, sister-in-law/Shumaila and in counter blast just to settle the dispute, the opposite party No. 2/Syed Wakeel Ahmad lodged the FIR, registered as FIR No. 0521 of 2020 making allegations therein to attract the offence under Section 323, 452, 504, 506 IPC indicating therein date of incident as 15.09.2020 implicating present applicant and also Abdul Wazid @ Tehseen and Smt. Farhat Nakvi and 3-4 unknown persons. According to this FIR, the accused, indicated in the FIR, entered into the house of the informant and there they abused the informant and others who were present in the house and there some altercation also took place between the parties.
