Sri Nitin Srivastava, learned counsel for the respondent nos.1 to 5 submits that the name of the respondent no.3 and 5 has wrongly been mentioned as Kavita Singh and Anubha Singh, whereas their correct name is Kumud Singh and Anupama Singh.
As per office report, service of notice upon respondent no.5 is sufficient.
Service of notice upon respondent nos.2,7 and 8 is deemed sufficient.
Service of notice upon respondent nos.1 and 6 is not sufficient as they have not met.
Service of notice upon respondent nos.3 and 4 is not sufficient as they have not met and it has been informed that they live in Lucknow and Bahraich respectively.
