The instant government appeal has been preferred against the order dated 8th August, 2024 passed by the learned Special Judge (S.C/S.T. Act), Sitapur in Old Sessions Trial/1021/2010, arising out of Case Crime No.015/2009, under sections 376(2) (d) and 506 IPC read with section 3(2)5 S.C./S.T. Act lodged at police station Mahila Thana, district Sitapur whereby the accused-respondent nos. 1 to 5 have been acquitted of the charges levelled against them.

3. Admit.

Let bailable warrants of Rs.15,000/- be issued against respondent nos. 1 to 5, namely, Nekram, Mahesh, Antu Verma, Raj Kumar and Ghanshyam each through C.J.M. concerned with the direction that if they surrender or are brought before the C.J.M. concerned then they shall be released forthwith on each of them furnishing personal bond of Rs.15,000/- along with an undertaking that they shall appear in person or through their counsel before this Court on the next date fixed and the trial Court shall transmit to this Court copy of bail bonds filed by them.

Issue notice to respondent no. 6/complainant, on taking appropriate steps within three working days, returnable till the next date of listing.
