Barabanki, has sent a report that the Respondent no.2-Rakesh and the Respondent no.3-Saket Rawat have got themselves bailed out by submitting sureties and personal bonds and given an undertaking that they shall appear before the Court whenever the Appeal is listed for hearing either in person or through their counsel.
Shri Arshad Hafeez Khan appears for the Respondent nos.2 and 3 and undertakes to continue to appear for the Respondents as and when the Appeal is listed for hearing.
