In compliance of the earlier order dated 19.09.2024 passed by this Court, Chief Judicial Magistrate Ambedkar Nagar has sent a report dated 18.10.2024, wherein it has been stated that respondent no.1- Adesh Singh S/o Jai Prakash Singh, has got himself bailed out in terms of the order passed by this Court on 19.09.2024. The respondent no.1 has also given an undertaking that he shall either appear in person or appear through his counsel whenever the matter is listed next.
Today, when the matter has been listed, neither the respondent no.1 nor his counsel has appeared.
