separately from the respondent. The respondent has also lost his wife. At present, elder son and daughter-in-law reside with the respondent.
(i) The visitation right granted for two hours on every Sunday be modified with visitation right given to the respondent for four hours between 10:00 a.m. to 02:00 p.m. on the second and fourth Sunday and/or second and fourth Saturday of every month, as per their mutual convenience.
(ii) On one Saturday/Sunday of every month, the appellant may visit the residence of the respondent with the minor child. She may be at liberty to either stay at the place or to drop the child at 10:00 a.m. and pick her up at 02:00 p.m. On the other Saturday/Sunday, the respondent may visit the appellant's residence to meet the minor child at 10:00 a.m. As per mutual convenience of the parties, the respondent may either stay upto 02:00 p.m. for that purpose or the minor child may be permitted to accompany the respondent to another place as may be informed to the appellant before hand and further the respondent shall drop the child back at 02:00 p.m.-02:30 p.m.
(iii) This arrangement may continue on the minimum basis. However, we leave it to the wisdom and discretion of the parties to allow more interactions of the child with all her close relatives of both sides of her family.
