In deference to the order dated 08.02.2024 the objection filed by the appellant has been decided by the Taxing Officer by means of order dated 26.02.2024 holding that the defect of Stamp Reporter is good and learned counsel for the appellant is required to make averment regarding valuation of appeal for purpose of calculating and paying Court fees.
In view of above, the case is adjourned to enable learned counsel for the appellant to comply the order of the Taxing Officer and remove the defect.
List thereafter or after two weeks for appropriate orders.
