This application is filed for extension of time for depositing the amount under the impugned order dated 07.02.2024 because the concerned file in the office was misplaced.
There is no objection by the other side.
The ground given in the affidavit filed in support of the application is sufficient.
On due consideration, the application is allowed .
The time granted by this Court vide order dated 07.02.2024 for depositing total decretal amount along with interest with the concerned Tribunal after adjusting the statutory deposit made before this Court is extended for a period of four weeks from today failing which the aforesaid order dated 07.02.2024 shall stand vacated and the impugned judgment and award shall become executable.
As prayed by the learned counsel for the parties, list after eight weeks.
