"1. Case called out.
2. Sri Shishir Srivastava, Advocate holding brief of Sri Rama Kant Srivastava, learned counsel for the revisionist is present.
3. Learned counsel for the revisionist has stated that pursuant to order dated 24.09.2024, the revisionist has deposited an amount of Rs.25,000/- vide D.D. No.081189 dated 03.10.2024. A copy of receipt thereof is annexed to the instant revision.
4. Office report dated 22.10.2024 reveals that notices upon opposite party No.1 and 2 have been served personally, whereas notice upon opposite party No.3 has been served through heir. However, no one has responded on behalf of the opposite parties when the matter was taken up for hearing.
