The contention of learned counsel for the revisionist is that a matrimonial dispute is going on between the revisionist and daughter of respondent no. 2. In order to convert the said dispute into a criminal dispute FIR has been lodged against unknown persons which upon a chargesheet being filed indicts the revisionist.

Upon his discharge application being filed the same has been rejected vide order impugned dated 04.05.2024 passed by Additional Sessions Judge, 2nd, Raebareli in Session Trial No. 1795 of 2023 in re: State vs Shashank Bhadauriya and others.

The contention of learned counsel for the revisionist is that if the matter is referred to mediation center of this Court then there is every likelihood of the parties settling the dispute amongst themselves.

Considering the aforesaid, issue notice to respondent no.2 returnable at an early date.

List this case on 27.08.2024 as fresh on which date the respondent no. 2 shall either appear in person or through counsel to indicate whether he is willing to settle the dispute amongst the parties by way of mediation before the mediation center of this Court.

Till the next date of listing no coercive action shall be taken against the revisionist in pursuance to order impugned.
