Heard learned counsel for the revisionist, learned Additional Government Advocate for respondent no.1 and Sri Anil Kumar Awasthi, learned counsel, who files Vakalatnama on behalf of respondent no.2, which is taken on record.

Respondent no.2 is also present in Court in pursuance to the earlier order of this Court who has been identified by Sri Anil Kumar Awasthi, learned counsel appearing on her behalf.

Sri Anil Kumar Awasthi, on the basis of instructions given by respondent no.2, states that respondent no.2 is willing to go for mediation in order to settle the dispute with the revisionist.

Considering the aforesaid, the amount of Rs.20,000/- deposited before this Court in terms of order of this Court dated 07.08.2024 be remitted to the Mediation Center of this Court out of which Rs.15,000/- shall be paid to respondent no.2 on her first appearance before the Mediation Center of this Court.

Let the parties appear before the Mediation Center of this Court on 04.09.2024.

It is also provided that as the respondent no.2 has to come to Lucknow from Lakhimpur Kheri to attend the mediation proceedings as such revisionist shall also pay a sum of Rs.1000/- to the respondent no.2 on every date as and when she is required to appear before the Mediation Center of this Court, except first date.

Mediation Center of this Court would make an endeavour to submit its report within a period of four weeks.

List this case in the week commencing 18.11.2024 as fresh indicating the name of Sri Anil Kumar Awasthi, learned counsel, in the cause list from the side of the respondents.

Interim order, if any, shall continue till the next date of listing.

¶16

The respondent no. 2 need not appear again unless specifically called for.
