The order dated 18.12.2023 whereby discharge application no. 13-B of the revisionists has been rejected is the subject matter of challenge in the present criminal revision.
At the outset, learned A.G.A. submits that 09.01.2024 was the date fixed for appearance of accused before the trial court and for framing of charge, however, learned counsel for the revisionists submits that till date, charge has not been framed.
Let a report be called for from the concerned Presiding Officer with regard to present status of trial of the revisionist.
