The instant criminal revision under Section 397/401 Cr.P.C. has been preferred by the revisionist- Surjeet Sharma against the impugned order dated 29.05.2024 passed by Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sonbhadra, in Case Crime No. 42 of 2024 (State Vs. Bhupati Bhai Lakhbir), under Section 407 I.P.C., Police Station Pipri, District Sonbhadra.
At the outset, learned counsel for the revisionist upon instructions submits that the revisionist does not want to press this criminal revision, therefore, he may be allowed to withdraw the same.
Learned A.G.A. for the State does not have any objection to such prayer of the revisionist.
In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the revisionist at the Bar, the instant criminal revision is dismissed as not pressed.
