appellant/applicant is having no criminal history credited in his favour, there is no case of misuse of liberty of bail so granted by the trial court concerned to the appellant/applicant and considering the unlikelihood of early hearing of appeal due to heavy pendency, without interfering into the merits of the case, I am of the opinion that appellant/applicant is entitled to be enlarged on bail during pendency of appeal. Rest of the other grounds whatsoever has been taken while preferring the instant appeal shall be subject to outcome of the final hearing of the same but at the present, the appellant has made out a case for bail. Bail application is allowed .
