Heard learned counsel for the revisionists, learned Additional Government Advocate for respondent no.1 and Sri Vinay Kumar Tripathi, learned counsel for respondents no.2 and 3.

Respondents no.2 and 3 are present in Court in pursuance to the order of this Court dated 29.05.2024, who have been identified by Sri Vinay Kumar Tripathi, learned counsel.

3.This Court vide order dated 29.05.2024 had required the revisionist no.1 to pay a sum of Rs.10,000/- through demand draft to respondent no.2 within twenty days which order appears to have not been complied with till date.

There is consensus at the bar that the matter can be referred to Mediation Center of this Court.

Considering the aforesaid, let an amount of Rs.30,000/- be deposited by the revisionist no.1 before the Mediation Center of this Court within a period of ten days from today out of which Rs.20,000/- shall be paid to respondent no.2 on her first appearance before the Mediation Center of this Court.

In case the aforesaid amount is deposited, all the parties shall appear before the Mediation Center of this Court on 24.07.2024.

It is also provided that as the respondents no.2 and 3 have to come to Lucknow from Balrampur to attend the mediation proceedings as such revisionist no.1 shall also pay a sum of Rs.2,000/- to the private respondents on every date as and when they are required to appear before the Mediation Center of this Court.

Mediation Center of this Court would make an endeavour to submit its report within a period of four weeks.

List this case on 26.08.2024 as fresh.
