In compliance of order of this Court, the parties are present before this Court who have been identified by their respective counsels.

Heard.

Learned counsel for the parties have stated before this Court that inadvertently the name of opposite party no. 3 has wrongly been transcribed in the memo of present revision as in fact name of the daughter of the revisionist and the opposite party no. 2 is "Km. Usha Singh" and the in the revision, the same has been mentioned as "Km. Uma Singh" and prayed for correction the said during the course of the day.

Considering the prayer as also the fact that in the order under challenge dated 12.03.2024 passed by Additional Principal Judge II, Family Court, Barabanki, the name of the minor has been indicated as "Km. Usha Singh", the prayer is acceded.

Learned counsel for the revisionist is permitted to make correct the name of the opposite party no. 3 in the memo of revision during the course of the day.

The parties who are present before this Court identified by their respective counsels intent to settle the dispute amicably. To show the bona fide, it is stated that Rs. 1,00,000/-, as directed by this Court, has already been deposited before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court and the applicant shall deposit an amount to the tune of Rs. 25,000/- before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court.

Taking note of the aforesaid, let the matter be placed before Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court on 29.07.2024. The applicant shall deposit an amount of Rs. 25,000/- before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court by 26.07.2024.

The amount indicated in the order dated 10.05.2024 and the amount indicated in this order meaning thereby Rs. 1,25,000/- shall be released in favour of the opposite party Nos. 2.

List/put up this case before this Court on 20.08.2024 as fresh along with mediation report in this regard showing the name of Smt. Shikha Srivastava, Advocate as counsel for opposite party no. 2.

Interim order, if any, shall continue till the next date of listing.

In case, the amount aforesaid is not deposited by the applicant within the specified time, the interim protection granted by this Court shall not be available to applicant.

Learned counsel for the parties shall ensure the presence of the parties before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court on the date fixed by this Court.
