- The matter is released.
- The present case is arising out of Case Crime No.324 of 2016, P.S.T. .No.0002609 of 2017, under Sections 366, 506, 120B IPC, Police Station Tundla, District Firozabad, where the co-accused person namely, Ram Kishan has also preferred Criminal Appeal No.2960 of 2024 before the co-ordinate Bench of this Court wherein his bail application has been allowed vide order dated 16.07.2024 passed by the Bench of Hon'ble Mr. Justice Subhash Chandra Sharma.
- The Supreme Court in Criminal Appeal No.1503 of 2023, Pradhani Jani vs. State of Odisha , by order dated 15th May, 2023, as well as in Special Leave to Appeal (Crl.) No.7203 of 2023, Sajid vs. State of UP , by order dated 31.07.2023, has taken notice of the fact that the bail applications arising out of same crime number filed by different co-accused are being entertained by different Benches and has issued direction to take appropriate measures so that contrary orders in the same crime number are avoided.
- Similar administrative order has also been passed by Hon'ble The Chief Justice dated 11.07.2024.
