The report dated 29.07.2024 of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kanpur Dehat is on record which states that notice has been served on the opposite party no.2 through legal heir. Despite service of notice, no one appears on behalf of the opposite party no.2.
- Learned counsel for the State further prays for and is granted three weeks & no more time to comply with the order dated 03.07.2024.
- Rejoinder affidavit, if any, may be filed within one week thereafter.
