- In compliance of order dated 12.11.2024, Presiding Officer of the court concerned is personally present before the Court.
- Learned Presiding Officer submitted that he had already filed status report of the case forwarded by learned District and Session Judge Rampur on 9.10.2024 and the same was dispatched to Hon'ble Court on 22.10.2024.
- Learned AGA submitted that the said report dated 9.10.2024 has been received in the office of the Court on 16.10.2024 which shows that due to some inadvertence, same could not be placed on record by the office on earlier date when the matter was taken up.
- In compliance of order dated 12.11.2024, learned Presiding Officer has submitted his explanation dated 26.11.2024 which was forwarded by learned District and Session Judge Rampur.
- On perusal of the report dated 9.10.2024 as well as explanation dated 26.11.2024, it appears that after dismissal of discharge application filed by the revisionist charges were framed on 29.3.2024 but till 26.11.2024 no witness could be examined. The case is fixed for prosecution evidence.
