- Vide order dated 24.04.2024 notice was issued to the opposite party no.3. As per the office report dated 04.07.2024 a report regarding service of notice has been received. The report dated 10.05.2024 of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Budaun is on record which states that notice has been served on the opposite party no.3. Despite service of notice, no one appears on behalf of the opposite party no.3.

- There is a request of Bar Association not to pass any adverse order from 18.09.2024 to 20.09.2024 due to flood in many areas of the city which has been circulated under the orders dated 17.09.2024 of Hon'ble The Chief Justice to the Courts.

- In view of the same, in the interest of justice, the matter is adjourned for today.
